Momade Acacio from Bangala in Macomia district, Mozambique in his makeshift house he constructed after his house collapsed due to Cyclone Kenneth induced rains. His family escaped by a whisker as the roof of their house collapsed as they were moving out to a safe place. “If we had delayed any further, something tragic could have happened as trusses and debris were flying all over the place.”
