Momade Acacio from Bangala in Macomia district, Mozambique shows his rotting cassava harvest due to incessant rains. The overcast conditions and rains that have persisted over the past week has encouraged the growth of moulds on his cassava, making him lose this year’s harvest. “The cassava is gone. I don’t know how my family is going to survive until the next harvest.”
