Nhamu Sufu, from Bangala in Macomia district and her three year-old daughter sits in front of her house, which was destroyed by heavy rains and winds when cyclone Kenneth hit her village last week. “We have too much mosquitoes in this area,” she says, adding, “I fear that sleeping in the open will expose me to diseases such as malaria, which may bring complications later in my health as I am about to give birth.”
